These terms apply to any purchase orders placed via the R-Coat online shop (www.r-coat.com) and form the agreement between you and R-Coat.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order, as they may be updated periodically. We advise reviewing them before each purchase to ensure you are familiar with the latest terms.

Prices

All prices displayed in our online shop are inclusive of VAT but exclude shipping costs and any potential payment fees. Please note that customers outside the European Union may incur additional customs fees, taxes, or other charges not included in the product price.

Occasionally, there may be typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors or inaccuracies and to update or cancel orders if necessary, including after an order has been submitted. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

Discounted items are available while stocks last. Vouchers or discount codes are valid once per person and purchase, cannot be combined, and are applicable only within the stated time frame.

We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we will contact you to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, the order will be automatically canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices that customers should reasonably recognize as erroneous.

Payment

Payments are currently accepted in Euros (€) via credit card or PayPal. All transactions are processed securely, and customer payment details are protected.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated on our website. Shipping costs vary based on the weight and destination of the order.

While we make every effort to ship promptly, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially during peak periods. Customers will receive tracking information as soon as their order is dispatched.

Return

At this time, we do not offer exchanges unless a product is damaged or the wrong item was delivered. In such cases, customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

To initiate a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please email shop@r-coat.com with your order number, purchase date, customer details, and photos of the product. Return shipping costs and associated fees, such as taxes, are the customer’s responsibility.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, if it does not meet our quality standards, we will issue a coupon for the equivalent amount, including delivery costs, to be used on a future purchase. If the returned item was part of a multi-item order, the original delivery fee will not be refunded.

During holiday periods, we may extend the return window. Please note that refund requests cannot be processed through third-party stores selling R-Coat products.

If a different size or style is needed, a new order must be placed. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide before ordering.

Packages Returned and Undeliverable

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge a fee covering shipping and processing costs. Non-collected packages are typically not eligible for return or refund under our return policy.

Promotions

Promotional offers are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn without prior notice. Price differences for items purchased before a promotion are not refunded.

Colors and Textures

While we strive to accurately represent our products, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will exactly match the actual product. Factors such as screen settings, graphics cards, and device displays can influence the appearance of colors.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is protected by copyright. Reproduction or use of any content without prior written consent from R-Coat is prohibited.

Liability

R-Coat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the website or the inability to access it, including delivery delays beyond our control.
