The access and use of this web page attributes to the visitor the condition of the user. It implies that the user accepts the conditions of use in force at all times and agrees to make appropriate use of the contents of the website and to strictly observe and comply with what is provided in this notice and in the applicable regulations.

The terms and conditions below apply to the purchase orders submitted to R-Coat online shop, www.r-coat.com, referred to as our online shop. It covers the purchase agreements placed between R-Coat and users. 

We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. The terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and for this reason we ask you to read it previous to every order you place in our online shop. 

Prices

The prices in our online shop represent the total price (including VAT) of the products, but do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. Outside the European Union, custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price. Occasionally there may be information in the online shop that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the online shop is incorrect at any time without prior notice (including after the order has been submitted). In this situation, we guarantee full refund to our customers. 

Discounted items are available as long as they do not run out of stock. Vouchers or discount codes are only valid once per person and purchase and only within the stated period of time, and may not be combined or transferred to another purchase, nor credited to a new item due to an exchange.

We reserve the rights for change in prices. Although we try to make sure that all the prices are correct, technical faults can occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products that you have purchased, we will inform you and we will give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the request will be considered canceled and full refunds will be made. 

We are not bound by any incorrect price information that the customer evidently or reasonably should have understood as incorrect, and that may have emerged due to technical faults. 

Payment

At the moment payment is possible in Euro (€) with credit card and PayPal.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped within 24 hours on working days, except indicated otherwise on the website. The shipping costs vary depending on weight.

On our side, there are no order processing delays due to COVID-19, though you may experience delays in the delivery process. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date but you will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Return

Please note, at this time we do not offer exchanges, unless the product is damaged or if the wrong item was delivered. In this case the customer may proceed to return it within 14 calendar days from the date you received the item purchased through the R-Coat online shop. All items must be returned unused.

To request the return or exchange of a damaged or wrong product purchased on the R-Coat online shop you can send an email to shop@r-coat.com requesting the return of the product. To do this, you must indicate the order number, date of the order, full name, address of the customer and pictures of the product you want to return. Note that we do not cover return costs. Our customers must pay for the return and associated costs such as taxes and fees.

After product analysis, if it does not pass our quality test, you will receive a coupon with the equivalent amount of money that you spent with delivery costs included, to be used in a new order. If the damaged item was part of an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded.

During the holiday season, the return period might be extended. All items must be returned unused. Note that refund requests for our online purchases cannot be fulfilled in any other online or physical stores where R-Coat products are sold.

Packages Returned and Undeliverable

If a purchase sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return damaged items.

Promotions

Our offers are only available for a limited period. R-Coat reserves the right to stop these offers without prior notice. If a product is purchased online prior to going on promotion, we will not refund the difference in price.

Colors and Texture

We cannot guarantee that the colors appearing in the online shop reflect the clothes’ colors in reality. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on – for example – your computer or phone screen, graphics card and the computer settings.
