R-Coat is a community-based fashion brand that repurposes broken umbrellas – collected by our Umbrella Heroes – into eco-designed garments handmade in Portugal for people who want to wear stylish garments while reducing their environmental footprint. We believe that fashion is happier when it respects people and the environment, following SDGs 12 and 13.

R-Coat represents the happiness of all those simple moments when we are enjoying life the most. Our style is comfortable, timeless and very happy, and the pieces are authentic, colorful and playful!

R-Coat’s creative vision draws upon the cultural heritage of its founders, Anna Masiello and Yasmin Medeiros, merging their Italian and Brazilian backgrounds with Nordic design functionality. The result is a captivating and vibrant identity that embodies an urban lifestyle.
